Welcome to LuvJam (“LuvJam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of luvjam.co (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement or are using it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products & Pricing

- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue styles, or update product descriptions and pricing at any time without prior notice.

- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or duties unless stated otherwise at checkout.

- We make reasonable efforts to display colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, printing, and manufacturing processes.

- In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues).

- Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time of order. We do not store your full payment card details.

- You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. LuvJam is not liable for delayed or misdirected orders resulting from incorrect information you provide.

4. Shipping

- LuvJam ships within the United States and to select international destinations.

- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

- We offer 14-day returns and exchanges for any reason, starting from the date of delivery.

- To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue an exchange, as requested.

- Items returned outside the 14-day window, or not meeting the condition requirements above, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, product names, photography, and text — is the property of Ransom, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
